This page explains how to delete your account in the LibKhata Android app, published on Google Play by Ajay Kumar Saharan, and what is deleted along with it.

Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately. There is no request to submit and no waiting period.

Open LibKhata and sign in as the hall owner.
Go to Setup.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete hall and account.
A confirmation appears naming exactly how many member and payment records will be destroyed. Tap Delete everything.
You may be asked to confirm your Google sign-in once more. This is Google verifying it is really you before the login is removed.

If you can no longer sign in

Email ajaymatrix386@gmail.com from the Google address you used to sign in, with the subject Delete my LibKhata account. The account and all data behind it will be deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted immediately
Member records	Names, phone numbers, seat assignments, joining and paid-until dates
Payment history	Every payment, its amount, method, date and the period it covered
Expense records	Everything logged against the hall
Hall settings	Hall name, opening hours, seat count, monthly fee, UPI address
Access	Any co-administrator you invited, and any unaccepted invitations
Your login	The Google sign-in record created for the app

Nothing is retained after deletion other than short-term operational backups held by Google Firebase, the hosting provider, which expire on Google's own schedule. No copy is kept by the developer.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you sign in again afterwards you will start with an empty app and no record of the hall you deleted.

If you are a member rather than a hall owner

Members of a study hall do not install or sign in to LibKhata — your details are entered by the person who runs your hall. To have them removed, ask your hall owner, who can remove you from the app directly. You may also write to ajaymatrix386@gmail.com.
